Display previous flags of a post, when creating a flag.

Alternatively, just display a warning (with a link to the post events) if a post has previous resolved/removed flags, which would probably be much easier to implement.

Why would it be useful?
This would reduce the number of multiple flags with the same reason on the same post.

See post #4954941 which has been incorrectly flagged three times by seperate users.
Update: Post has been flagged a fourth time.

Though, this won't prevent any malicous flagging of course.

I added a note in the description, but it makes sense that linking to the events history for posts that got previously flagged would reduce this, also. It would be even better if it reminded you that it already had been flagged, though.
