The tag alias #71863 hand_feet -> prehensile_feet is pending approval.

Reason: If the feet look like hands, then they're prehensile. Any body part that looks like a hand can be assumed to be prehensile. So, I think it would be good idea to simply merge hand_feet into prehensile_feet and update its wiki with an extra tagging purpose. I see no reason to have a separate tag that basically means the same thing. This would also solve all the mistagging that's plaguing prehensile_feet atm
