Only reservation I'd have is for the very few cases where this tag is utilized and the character has shoes or boots on.
I had a quick glance, and only found two in the past couple of hundred posts. It may be worth a wiki entry as it seems like the vast majority of posts tagged foot_on_table are in fact bare feet.
