This just looks like a standard low-angle_view showcasing some pecs or moobs. Many of the posts with the tag don't even look like the original photo, which itself is a pretty common framing for a close-up of a man's chest to put the viewer in a "sub"-like perspective.

If it can end up on posts that had no knowledge of the meme, let alone before the meme even existed, it's not particular enough to tag as a meme, IMO. As I've said before, I find it rather rude to slap meme on posts that weren't intended, and indeed couldn't have been, referencing a meme.
