Maybe it should imply raised_heel? which implies plantigrade

That wiki page says tiptoes could maybe apply to digitigrade feet, but I'm not sure what that would look like...

yeah I don't really see how that would work either, tiptoes are essentially plantigrade feet in a digitigrade posture.
