Reason: both are the same artist , but thecluelessfox_(artist) tag is far more popular

TBH I think it should be flipped. There is does not seem to be any particular need for the artist suffix. A lot of artist tags have the suffix added needlessly because users have hard time figuring out how to make artist tags, and iirc adding the suffix will change the tag type.

Tags shouldn't be suffixed unless they need to, so yes
