The Hoyt Keyler Twitter/X doesn't mention another account other than one on Twitch, but the HornyKeler Twitter/X linked above does state that they're "Keyler but Horny", so it appears HornyKeler is the NSFW account for Hoyt Keyler.
The tag is hoyt_keylee instead of hoyt_keyler because the artist uploaded the first few posts. They do still seem to be active, so someone could simply ask them their opinion.
