The tag alias #74096 roththewerewalf -> anaroth has been approved.
Reason: Both tags refer to the same artist. "roththewerewalf" is also their shared screen name so I would consider that to be the best alias.

I'm inclined to reverse it, to be honest. RoththeWerewalf comes from the artist's main Twitter/X account. But they refer to themselves as Anaroth (the Weredog) in both the display name and the pinned post. Also, Anaroth is used for their two BlueSky accounts. It seems to me that Anaroth is their preferred name, and RoththeWerewalf was used for Twitter/X because Anaroth was already taken.
Also, this is why we need to show our work with off-site proof when making artist alias requests. It makes sure everyone is on the same page with the logic and can help with making any necessary tweaks to said logic.
