I created the entry with an additional space at the end of the title making it invalid. I created a new entry with the correct tag name and identical content.

Yeah, occasionally something like that happens. The duplicate wiki with the extra underscore is now deleted so everything's fixed now.
In future you can probably message an admin like myself , or Parasprite or NotMeNotYou etc about it directly without needing to create a forum thread about it. That tends to be more direct. But thanks for letting us know.
