Reason: Pretty self explanatory. Mantles are a type of clothing. And colored mantles are mantles. Surprised this didn't already exist yet.

Both cloak and cape are listed as synonyms. It also seems like it could be mistaken for a mantel, which is pronounced the same.

Technically mantle is a pretty broad term that only got broader. It is currently mostly being used for capelets, which DEFINITELY shouldn't be aliased to cap. It can also be used for shawls (both in the current use of the tag, and in the meaning of mantle) from what I gather.

I've made a BUR at forum #433852 about that possible use, if you want to discuss that.
