there can be an activity where the character is peeing but no presence of urine in the picture (usually due to being obscured).
There's plenty of cases that somebody could be peeing without any visible urine:

Though honestly, some of these are verging on not complying with TWYS.
post #2639632 could be peeing, could be pooping, or could just be sitting there doing neither. I'm not sure how we could decisively pick one without inside information.
