Someone is adding that tag manually, no idea why though.

Also, that tag is normally implicated, simply try to remove it, if you can remove it then it doesn't belong, if you can't remove it then it's genuine.

Shouldnt you check the tag history and find out who is adding said tag then? or have you already done so? If its a mistake, I think the user should be corrected so the images dont have wrong tags on them

Because someone is posting pirated content from my recent art folios. I'm not tagging it myself though, someone else is.

Yes, I understand that, but I just left it up there because it's been up there for so long, I've kind of given up. Someone on lulz was attempting to "blackmail" me a while back by "holding my pay content hostage" in order to get me to do what he wanted, which was stupid because that content had been leaked already.
