Implicating Glowing_markings -> Markings.

Reason: And pretty much all of the other *_markings tags as well. Note that not all are eligible, but all of the [colour]_markings tags are good to go.

I wish more people would use these tags, I don't see them nearly as much as they should be.

Please Asphyxia, when you have multiple similar aliases/implications, just put them in one topic, we've been getting a lot of alias/implication threads lately :P

I've done that a few times before in the past, but those got lost so I had to send it in again.
