Implicating public, flashing → indecent exposure

Reason:

Can't be doing sexytime stuff in public without indecently exposing yourself, now can you? Would also like to add Flashing to the implication to indecent exposure.

Can already see one argument being made that perhaps in the world it's not necessarily indecent (Wolfy-nail's jogging in heat short comic comes to mind), to which I'd counter that it's still an indecent act in the real world, and that's more the sort of thing that people searching for it would be looking for when searching this. I'm sure there are bound to be other better arguments, so, let the discussion begin!

Aha. ha ha. ha. *rolls eyes and snickers* It's a tag that I'm seeing being woefully underused when quite a few tags should be implying it already! Those were just the two that came to mind immediately, but I know there should be more. Just trying to remember them is annoying, since my memory can be like a sieve. ._.;
