Also, how are we planning the upload control on it?
IIRC CoC is limited to 1 per month, but with planned weekly public alpha releases, and the % of content increase likely in the first few months(due mostly to the low total content since it's so early in releases) perhaps something a bit more lenient on the TiTS uploads for the first little bit anyway?

Weekly? last I read, Fenoxo was doing two releases for early supporters, then one for public. so it'd be every three weeks, not every week, for the public release.

Ah, you're correct, I misread.

Then I'd propose that every 3rd week would be reasonable for uploading here as well.
Since having it as 1/month here, and 1 every 3rd week there would get a bit odd.

Nope, he's been quite open with it from the beginning- the game will become available for everyone. Feel free to check his latest couple of posts on his website; he specifically states the posting schedule of two early backer releases followed by a public release, releasing one per week. You can still pay for the early adopter benefit of getting in on the alpha releases for the early backers, but it's 100% not necessary.

Right now, yes, but sometime this week there's supposed to be the first public alpha release.

If not I'll provide the link to download the public version, or you can stalk him at his blog/website.
I don't want to sound too much like advertising, but the guy who makes it is Fenoxo and then there's a dot com somewhere(or use google(just not to only search "tits")).

He also made Corruption of Champions.

Two things, first the website is http://fenoxo.com and second the CoC thing is on one update every two weeks, which in this case is perfect for TiTs.

He is also trying to set something up to more easily accept cash and send the alpha out to new backers.

You may want to wait a bit though, as NMNY mentioned he's looking into a better way of doing that, also the first public alpha is supposed to be this week anyway, and he usually aims for Wednesdays, so quite possibly today.

As I keep saying, three week intervals for public builds. We can't update every two weeks if it only comes out every three weeks. :/

It's not paid only. paid is for the backer releases, which are released in the two weeks ahead of the public release, within the three week period.

I think he meant that since the 2 week minimum time between new uploads is smaller than the 3 week interval between public releases that there wouldn't be any problems caused by too many uploads.

Edit: No public release post as of yet on the blog, but for those of you waiting in anticipation I wanted to make sure you knew I was still watching for it.

Ahh, I didn't read it like that. Now that I do, it makes sense. Thanks for the clarification!

Update: Fenoxo has announced a stream(he will be coding some TiTS, which sounds amusing to me, the sentence, not the coding) for approx. 2 hours.
At which point, public alpha release.
I expect the public build will be uploaded here within about 5 minutes of that, so enjoy all.

Oh, and since money in the last build can be a little tough to get, I will share a tidbit that lets you get 5000 credits fairly easily(assuming it's still in the build and I think it will be).
There's a rock/mineral deposit to scan, nets you that 5k all you have to do is get there, and click "scan rock".
Directions from the customs office(where Flahne is) are as follows:
S, E, E, E, S, E, E, S, S, E, E, S, W, S, S, E, E, Scan Rock

Not a ton to spend it on yet, but there's a couple guns you can buy from the junk shop, and plenty of Throb(penis/ball growing drug) you can get from Penny after you convince her to use it on herself.
