I still don't understand why the Heartstrings it required, but I support the alias. Especially as right now we have two tags serving the same purpose.

Complicated.
She's been labeled as "Lyra", "Heartstrings", and "Lyra Heartstrings".
Most recent official label was Lyra Heartstrings though, so I'd say it's a valid alias.

Lyra was the fan name for her when she didn't have one.
Heartstrings was the original name Hasbro gave her.
Lyra Heartstrings is the full name that combined the two in later versions.
