Implicating manga -> comic.

Reason: Similar enough for an implication, but not similar enough for an alias

Comic:
This tag is to be applied to an image that contains panels, therefore making a sequential story. If a multi-page story is uploaded, each individual page must be tagged as a comic.

Every manga is a comic just as much as every comic is a manga.
The only difference is the source, direction of reading and/or drawingstyle so in my eyes an alias would be better.

Also, doujinshi is already aliased to comic so this would only be consistent.
