Proper hands free isn't that bad, it's when idiots have to mess with their phone to go hands free that it become stupid and pointless.
If you can either push a button on the steering wheel, or use voice commands to answer a call, and never actually have to look at your phone, then I'm ok with it.
Anything past that and idiots are going to cause accidents.
