Alias:
thighhighs -> stockings
Reason: Same thing? I think? I dunno if you guys differentiate the two.

From the Danbooru wiki:
By design, stockings require the use of a garter belt in order to stay up. Stockings are (generally) considered to be more upscale than thighhighs or pantyhose; the materials used are typically higher quality and of course, silk being the cream of the crop.

Artist alias:
dracko <-> dracko
Reason: Same person apparently. Could just use one name and remove the other but I don't know which is correct/preferred.

Also, is there any enforcement for the difference between wet and dripping? Or does wet also encompass pussy_juice? Some of these tags just seem to run in circles...

I get the impression thighhighs is a more general umbrella term, and can apply to boots and such as well as stockings.

According to previous stuff in the forum, the wet tag is pretty ambiguous and there hasn't really been any instruction on how it should be used. I'd guess the dripping tag is similar in that regard. :/

WTF Danbooru? Stockings don't require a garter belt. I wore panty hose when I was a child and teen, but now I just wear stockings whenever I have to go dress up professionally. The elastic in the bands keeps them quite well in place. I mean for fucks sake, I'm wearing them to a job interview today, and I am most definitely not wearing a garter belt.

EDIT: According to wikipedia, garter belts were only needed for stockings prior to the invention of elastic, but they are still worn nowadays, mostly for fetish reasons (obviously). That explains WTF garter belts are all about. Mostly just historical objects apparently.

But on that note, aren't thigh highs just stockings that well... thigh high? Not that I'm arguing that they should be two separate tags, as thigh highs are just a subclass of stockings, and IMO is excessively descriptive, but if nothing else, the stocking tag should be added too.

Stockings themselves come in different varieties of lengths; such at the ones I'm going to be wearing with my suit when I go to an interview today, which only come up to just underneath the knee.

In Danbooru they have thighhigh_boots to solve that. Looking at the two tags here though, thighhighs and stockings are pretty much used for the same thing, more or less.

Any clothing on the feet that goes above the knee would be considered thighhighs to me. I don't know how other people would see it. I'm not exactly an expert of female undergarments though.
