Topic: Core, core_filling, core_penetration: wtf?

Posted under Tag Alias and Implication Suggestions

Hey gaiz.

Just ran across an interesting set of tags: 'core', 'core_penetration', 'core_filling'. Any ideas wtf these mean? They seem to've been added to about 200 images by a single user, 'Purrsia', in a single burst this September, and not adopted.

Any ideas what the heck these tags mean? Best guess I've got is that it's something to do with the abdominal area featuring prominently in the image, since s/he's subscribed to the 'abs' tag. This doesn't work /well/ as a predictive model, but it's kinda-sorta retrodictive.

Halp?

the way it's tagged... anything that entered the body was core_penetration.. but we got tags to cover those already..

+1 vote to alias the tags to something more appropriate, or to remove the tags and replace them with something more appropriate.

Any opposed?

After sleeping on it, remove and replace seems cleanest to me. At the very least document what they seem to mean. We don't need non-useful tags cluttering the space.

Hmm... after taking a look at the images, it looks like they'd have to be re-tagged by humans anyways. They seem to be all tentacles, but with varying combinations of other tags.

I say go for it and start replacing the tags.

Tags are gone. I didn't see any pattern to their usage, except as Aurali mentioned. *shrugs*

I like to think this makes e621 a better place.
