i've been looking for a certain tag that i just can't find in any way it could be broken down, or spelled, its pretty much like "vacbed" "vacuum bed" or somthing like that.. maybe they're aren't any but if there is and anyone knows the tag for it much obliged :D

I don't think there are any on here.

There are no pictures tagged with 'vacbed' or 'vacuum_bed'. A search for 'latex bed' doesn't return what you're looking for, nor does 'latex bondage' (just to widen the field).

Whilst it's good form to search for existing applicable tags (e621.net/tag - using '*'s as wildcards if applicable), sometimes new tags are needed.

BTW, a vacbed is (roughly) a bed or frame with two sealable sheets of (generally, there may be exceptions) latex that the occupant lies between, where the air can be pumped out, immobilising them, much like a space saving vacpac for clothes (only with some sort of breathing hole/tube setup.
