Also, this other tag, forced_oral. forced_oral seems to have the same meaning as face_fuck, except it's not always deepthroating and can sometimes include rape. this isn't a face_fuck -> deep_throat implication discussion thread. Also, approving the face_fuck -> forced_oral alias once I add hand_on_head to face_fuck pics currently tagged.

Not all the posts tagged with face_fuck also had a hand on a head in the picture. So I had to add them manually.
