Current generation Spike already gets the friendship_is_magic tag. The other Spikes get their respective generation's tag.

It can't cause spike_(mlp) implicates friendship_is_magic.

I think having one or so mistagged images is preferable to completely re-hauling the current tagging system for ponies.

Doesn't need to be rehauled, since it's just a quick alias implication fix, I presume? (either remove the implication, or mass-edit it away)

spike_(mlp) -friendship_is_magic would solve your problem

Theirs no reason to really "include" that until we get enough "Spikes" from gens 1/3, or applejack gen 1, to warrent the use of their titles. If its just one stray upload it can live with the spike_(MLP) tag, theirs absolutely no reason to make the tag even more retarded then it is now.

Then at least remove the implication of friendship_is_magic from spike_(mlp). We've at least two people here who hasn't realized that such an implication exists, making it impossible for there to be any results for spike_(mlp) -friendship_is_magic

Or to put simply, the way I see it, either:
1) We change all spike_(mlp) tags to spike_(mlp)_(fim), along with moving the implication over, aliasing any future spike_(mlp) to spike_(mlp)_(fim) until the current fad is over, wherein it'd be aliased to the next gen, or to invalid_tag, whichever is more applicable, or
2) We change all spike_(mlp) tags to spike_(fim), along with moving the implication over, aliasing any future spike_(mlp) to spike_(fim) until the current fad is over, wherein it'd be aliased to the next gen, or to invalid_tag, whichever is more applicable, or
3) We remove the implication of friendship_is_magic from spike_(mlp), which is likely to lead to some people forgetting to tag friendship_is_magic on spike-only images.
