So what do people listen to around here? Mostly I've got White Zombie, Aerosmith, Celldweller, Rammstein, and Slayer on my playlist. Also, can anyone recommend any other groups along those lines?

sir, if you listen to white, may as well listen to rob zombie, and while talkign about rob zombie, listen to Alice Cooper, they're currently touring with each other. You may want to pick up the new ozzy ozbourn album while you at it. Some other bands you may like from your list would be korpiklaani, agalloch, opeth, megadeth, metallica, iron maiden, pantera, tool, children of bodom, fear factory. oh and if you listen to foreign music and you like power metal, rata blanca is orgasmic.

I do listen to Megadeth, and Metallica if I'm in the mood. Maiden is pretty good, but I only had the chance to buy only one of their CDs. Tool is...old news for me. Listened to them far too much when I was young. I liked Zombie's sound better while he was with White Zombie, but I do like "(Go To) California" out of his newer stuff.

EDIT: Also, Arch Enemy is pretty badass.

tool is still pretty cool thuogh, had th echance to go see them live last summer, fucking AWESOME lightshow. and you actually buy thier cds? i remember having a cd once, not shure where it is, then my gf bought me a best of santana cd, that one is still usefull, for my car.

Yes, I do buy CDs. I usually rip them right to my laptop for easy listening, but I haven't pirated a single CD since I was in middle school.

I used to only listen to rap, since that was the only radio station I could find, but video games turned me onto instrumental, rock, metal, screamo, and techno. And for idiots who think techno is faggy, there isn't a lot of music that you can shoot a gun to. Trust me, listen to Moar Ghosts n Stuff by Deadmau5 and shoot a drum fed semi-auto shotty to the beat: it's fun as all hell. My favorite rock/metal song so far is Aftermath by War of Ages.

I listen to just about any music that fits the moment. But mostly Techno, Metal, chiptune and any instrumental music.

My favorite stuff is primarily from Utada Hikaru, Nobuo Uematsu, Koji Haijima, Ken Nakagawa, Yoko Shimamura, and Daisuke Achiwa.

I tend to like freelance techno and general electronic music, and I also listen to some(SOME) Alternative rock and Metal, including Dragonforce, Avenged Sevenfold, All American Rejects, and Green Day.

Oh noes! I'm a fan of Electronic Music and "Weaboo music"! I simply MUST be a DERP DERP...

Anyway, so the ones on the request list for "heavy" stuff... I don't really know much. Just try out some Avenged Sevenfold (My favorites being Burn it Down, and The Beast and the Harlot).

Maybe you should check out some Punk-o-Rama CDs, too. *shrug*
