I personally think absurd_res should imply hi_res. 'Cos generally when something's huge, it's probably high res.

i get what your saying, but to me absurd res is when the res is so high it takes so long to load

So are you saying they should be separate tags? What's the size difference between high and absurd?

Absurd_res is the only thing that IMPLIES hi_res

While it's possible for someone to be so fat they are not chubby, there is no upper limit to when "hi res" suddenly is not hi_res any longer. Only a lower limit.

That if an image's resolution is high enough, it's no longer high resolution? Because that's what you seem to be saying.

What we have at the moment is an implication. If an image is tagged absurd_res, it ends up with the tags absurd_res and hi_res. This makes perfect sense, because if the resolution is so high it takes a very long time to load, it's clearly a high resolution image. If you'd like to find hi_res images that aren't absurd_res, you can always search hi_res -absurd_res. If you'd like to find absurd_res images, just search absurd_res. The implication doesn't matter at all for that.
