Topic: Tag Implication: Pinkamena -> Pinkie_Pie_(MLP)

Posted under Tag Alias and Implication Suggestions

pinkamena isn't just insane cupcakes. it's also sad, depressed etc... or even a younger version of herself. It's more referring to a specific... phase of pinkie. Someone who is not as happy and joyful as Pinkie normally is.

and there are several cupcakes images that have her hair in her 'normal' state.

the two often over lap, but do not require the other. :D

that said, an implication here is pretty reasonable.. as pinkamena IS pinkiepie. but there isn't a good tag otherwise to collect up all the pinkamena images.

Then have it just alias to Pinkie_pie_(MLP) and have her emotion states be detailed picture by picture (Sad, depressed, insane, etc) rather than try to schizo off another character when it's the same character. Let the MLP-specific stuff like that go to 20PC.

<insert statement about extra tags harming nothing>
<insert reply statement about the tag being pointless when other tags could cover it>
<insert retort about how scattering the posts between many tags is counter productive to finding what you want.>
<insert several more back and forthes>
<eventual silence as no compromise is reached.>

(though seriously, I think pinkemena really ought to stay separate because she looksl ike a differnet character, and characters may find her visually interesting and seek her out speficially.)

We still have to cater to the people who come here for ponies.

implicated. also, fixed it so it's pinkamena_(mlp) because it's a character, technically.

123 - your protest over another pony specific tag has been noted. <3 Also, 20PC is a separate entity and we have no control over what tags they do, or do not chose to use. We here are concerned over e621 and e621 alone. :)
