Some of Naylor's stuff was on here a couple years ago. Then it got deleted because he didn't want it here. But now it seems like he doesn't really care. Would it be possible for us to repeal the deletions on the art of his that was deleted because of that?

Last I heard he allows anything he posts publicly on his DA and everything else is off limits, or something.

Edit: His wiki page says that anything less than two years is not to be posted. I guess we could make little "undeletion runs" every few months to put back his works when they turn two years old.

You're going to have to wait for a mod to actually agree with what I said before it'll actually happen.

I'm not one of them.

I know, but it doesn't seem like the mods would have much reason to object to it, except maybe saying to ask for permission to undelete them from Naylor.

Only post what is on his FA. That is the current arrangement we have with him. The only reason his other stuff isn't DNP is because he hasn't specifically asked for it to be. But he still doesn't want it posted.

The stuff on his FA is usually free artwork he just posts on a whim, thus allowed. his "Other" art is paid for comics that he doesn't want up, can't fault him on that.

I think there's a lot of Jay Naylor artwork we could still go back and restore. Just have to try to figure out what's ok to restore and what's not, which would be a kind of lengthy and boring process. :x

This is kinda off topic, but that whole art has to be more then two years old think with the DNP art, does that also apple to art from sexyfur that isn't of the sites owner?

Sexyfur is always DNP no matter how old it is. Bernal just plain doesn't want it here.

as for naylors content, he SPECIFICALLY requested his paysite content not be made avilable, this counters the two year rule if the artists request it not be put up. {Personally I feel if the artists who work for sexy fur want their art up, bernal should be told to go fuck himself, but lawyers.

This seems to be the opinion of virtually the whole fandom. I'm surprised he still has business considering how much he is hated. It's probably because people are going to his site for the other artist.
