Sort of...but not exactly... We're mostly just stunned at how much it's been tagged and by so many different people, but haven't had much of an answer for it one way or the other. The result is that it's kind of stuck in limbo as an "unofficial" tag.
If it's ever made official I'll be sure to go through the character tags far down the long tail to make implications for all of them.
