There's the ID number of a post on the left-hand sidebar, just after the tags listing. Oooor you can view a post, take the URL from your browser's addressbar (in the form of https://e621.net/post/show/378916) , take the numbers (378916) and add "thumb #" before them.

In this case I got thumb #378916 which gives us post #378916
