Well, gee; I'm new to Sai. And I'm a lazy ass on googling things. That, and DevainatART is not a good site to check for tutorials. Noting that the entire fucking posts are just generic anime characters drawn on. As well as lots of it on Youtube which I can't stand because the music on the background is overly high over the person trying to speak.

literally all you have to do is to type your question to google instead of this forum. like just try for shit and giggles open google image search and type "how to make glow in sai" in the search bar and hit enter.
