Even though the tag says "pregnant", when I look at this picture I think either: "That must've been one hell of a meal." or "What a lucky guy not to have been eaten before, during, or after the sex." Vore could've easily happened here, and only the artist would truly know.

I thinks she's pregnant due to those big semi saggy breasts, tell tale trait of pregnancy but then what do I know? Like you said only the artist truly knows.
