Not how tagging works. Cleft tails mean nothing regarding gender here on E621. That's why I made the cleft tail tag: You can search for males with cleft tails that way.

So? We don't use Pokemon Dimorphism. He's a male pikachu with no female qualities, so we just tag male cleft_tail.
