Feb 26th:A new bill in Arizona is making its way through the Senate that would force sites like e621 to implement mandatory age verification for all users—or face potential lawsuits. This system would require third-party vendors to verify every user’s age through a government database. Not only is this a massive violation of privacy, but it also introduces serious risks, including identity theft through phishing schemes and other malicious methods. Worse still, we would have no control over ensuring that user data is permanently deleted after verification.
Since e621 operates out of Arizona, this law would almost certainly impact us if it passes. If you want to help ensure that we can continue serving you without being forced to collect personal information, we urge you to contact Arizona’s senators and ask them to vote NO on this bill.
Please help spread the word about this issue and encourage others to take action.

MemberThat's... that's not an opinion? That's an objective statement. An opinion is something subjective such as whether you like the image or not. Sorry if this comes across as rude but the way you phrased that was very strange.
Regardless I don't think the image itself breaks any of the site rules, maybe some obscure combination of them somewhere but none that I can think of. If you think it's in violation of something you could speak to a staff member, but the image was uploaded and approved 7 years ago.

MemberWell, it wasn't. It was an image taken in second life, and then traced. VRC avali don't tend to look like that. And as Gyo'vali said, it was quite a number of years ago. I did try to stray from simply tracing, and messed around with producing an interesting style and whatnot. I was quite into trippy visuals and colors back then, and didn't really have anywhere to start with drawing, so i decided, rather than learning the normal way, or by tracing someone else's hard work, i'd go make my own scene in SL and see if i could draw around it. This was the first result.
