    I feel you on the insomnia though.
    Have you tried one milligram melatonin tablets directly before you eat dinner?
    It actually works really well.

    Not that specific one, i'll try not to bore you, but I have tried a number of brands and prescriptions, I don't know how exactly but I seem somewhat 'immune' to the effects, either that or the strong ones I take are not strong at all. Honestly, I have no idea how that's possible or how I resist them, just a thing that I have for some reason.
    I cant have anything stronger apparently, due to a long list of possible side effects. :/

    OK, this sounds weird, but
    have you tried NOT bringing you computer/phone to bed?
    look it up.
    It's hard, but it really works.
    Blue light messes with you sleep/wake cycle.

    What? My computer keeps me up all night? MY GOD! I've spent all this time perusing sexual images when I could be dreaming! (Immense sarcasm)

    No but seriously, there are nights where I essentially just lie in bed, complete darkness, for the whole night. Sure my computer may contribute to it, but it seems to be more of a mental problem to why I cant sleep. I'm on it now at 1:21 in the morning, just cause I don't want to bother trying. (Yes, i am probably the worst thing I could be doing right now, I know...)
