"Wan Wan" is "Woof Woof." No idea what "物話" is though; not a word according to the dictionaries I have. 物 is "thing" and 話 is speech or to speak *shrugs*. Don't recognize the upper kanji.

"物語" (monogatari) means "story".

As for the text at the top, the first kanji is "克" (overcome), and the third one is "斯" (?), but I don't know what the second one is.
