I assume it's just something the artist made up. I can't think of anything in particular it's supposed to resemble.

it has your generic health gauges generic monsters, it could be any game

good point it could be dungeons and dragons by the look of it but im just guessing that

I would bet it is WoW. Look at the front character's heath bar? See the 'face' on the left side? Draniel. So it's like WoW with a furry patch or something, lol

Go check your eyes. That is a Sword meaning he is a Warrior Class. And WoW doesn't have anything of the sort of a health bar like that nor magic or stamina/fatigue bar.

Get YOUR eyes checked, it may not have any of those no but it does have health bars similar to that, just there at the bottom of your screen and if you were actually that person then yes it would be something like that. Also the boarder around the bars is similar in style to WoWs.

Looks like warcraft, so it must be warcraft, right? Quit fagging up the place with arguments over warcraft and go outside.

Okay I have checked my eyes looked and played WoW for like 4 hours. The Warrior doesn't have Mana or Fatigue, he has Health and Rage ONLY. And there is no Third bar for any class and there are nop Duel Classes. Besides there are only Health, Mana, Energy and Focus will be implimented with Cataclysm for the Hunter. So your point is invalid. And the Borders doesn't look like WoW either even with Mods I haven't seen borders like that on WoW.

It reminds me more of Summoning Night for the Nintendo DS but it ain't since they don't have their status floating over their heads as on this picture.
