April 10th: The bill has been vetoed!
April 2nd: The politicians in Arizona are about to sign into law a bill that would mandate sites like e621 to either impose age verification on all users or be at a risk of lawsuits. Such system would be required to go through third party vendors, who in turn must go through a government database to verify every user's age. This is not only a major violation of privacy, but it also opens up a very real danger of identity theft through phishing schemes and other methods, not to mention that we would not be able to control any of that information to make sure it is permanently deleted after age verification is complete.
Unfortunately, Arizona is the state out of which e621 operates, which means that this law will almost certainly affect us if it is to pass. If want to help us ensure that this site can continue to serve you without being required to know who you are, please ask the Arizona governor to veto this bill.

MemberIt's a little bit layered but here's my guess as to what she means.
Either Nailah:
a.) Requires Cebron to act as Waykeeper for Bastet and is subject to him dominating her because of this need.
b.) Is a horndog and requires ridiculous amounts of bondage/BDSM play to get any true sexual gratification
c.) Some combination of the two. She's either hating herself for needing Cebron to do what is currently her job, or dissatisfied with how she has to be heavily dommed to get off. Obviously some variation of this has happened before because Cebron is hiding some crazy whip scars on her back with that Anubis disguise.
Maybe Nailah is pretending to be something she should not be, and Cebron -knows- this, and is somehow blackmailing her, or he has been genuinely enlisted as her aid through some means, but his methods are a bit much. There's a whole lot of facets here.

MemberI'd say, from what I get from parts of the comic, is that she's like most high up, uptight, big business CEO types...in total need to keep herself in control of it all and serious(see page 9), and Cebron strips her of all control whenever he likes(also page 9)...AND SHE LIKES IT! She doesn't LIKE liking it though. She's conflicted in the mind, like maybe she sees submission as weakness, but with Cebron she likes the submission. She's a person who wants what she believes she shouldn't want, but also knows it's OK to want it yet can't forgive herself for wanting it.
