MemberNot if the black hole that ensues immediately gains mass, which happens nearly imperceptibly with matter accretion. However, in gravitational mechanics, that small difference does, in fact, make a difference over the long haul.
For instance, if our Sun were to be replaced by a black hole the same mass, our orbit wouldn't immediately change. However, with Mercury and Venus, our orbit would inevitably be affected as they got sucked into and feed the black hole.
Black holes exhibit a weird mechanic in that they do not ENDLESSLY grow. Otherwise, we'd be in deep shit as far as the Milky Way goes.
