Description

This drawing took the lives of about a dozen artist pens. But it was worth it. I absolutely LOVE this style of inking, with the extensive shadowing that shapes the subject on its own. I have been playing around with this style of inking, and I have become quite obsessed, I love the way it looks! It creates so much depth and dark life in the picture.... This originally started out as a more cartoony looking character with a dumb expression, holding a shovel, hay sticking from his lips, etc. But out of nowhere he became this morbid depiction..... Yep, Farmer Munson, culls his own herd under the bright moonlight.
