Probably busy "awwing" to this comic at home. XD

Nick had to either special order or make those cuffs himself since they are different sizes. Lot of work went into this stunt lol

It's Judy Hopps official police handcuffs. In the story she handcuffed Wilde (Alternate universe, he never became a police officer) for vagrancy because he was sleeping under a bridge. Judy was insistent that he come visit her family with her for the holidays rather than sleep alone outside. When he declined, she arrested him, only to realize she had lost the keys, so he REALLY didn't have a choice in the matter. She finally uncuffed him with the spare keys she kept at her parents home, and led to sexy times in the bedroom when she confessed her feelings for him. Thus the mothers comment about how Dad 'almost' barged in and tased him the previous night. Since they could clearly hear the banging headboard.

This part of the story with the presents and nick as Santa takes place the morning after.
