MemberIt is a Bamboo Rocket Princess. Basically, it is a mix of the legend of Kaguya (Princess of the moon, having something to do with Bamboo), and a rocket/spacecraft nicknamed Kaguya.
The guys at Game Freak decided that it was funny to combine both things.
