You didn't do any wrong tags, save an arguable simple background (what constitutes as background, the skyline & hill, or the trees). What you missed is colored and edit, the prior not implying the latter. Edit denotes that they are not the original, and the artist does not have them.

You can list yourself as an artist as well, but not replacing Tom, with artist:*artist name here* because color-ins do count as a form of art. Again, so long as you credit the original artist as well.
