If you analyze their animations more in depth, you can see they are constructed from couple looped parts which have only handful of frames, some sped up and slowed down. So I would imagine even longer videos like this to take relatively short amount of time, especially when they are still sketch quality and that seems to be almost only kind of content they have done recently.

Also remember that e6 tag count is skewed a bit because it counts video, flash and gif versions of animations, seems like 9 animations where many are single loops in bit over 2 months.
