So from what I've found, the actual species of this character is an Alsier, which ratcha made. I'm afraid to remove the other species tags though, so I'll leave them for now unless someone thinks otherwise.

Nevermind, looks like the first image with this character on e621 wasn't by ratcha. Well I don't know the situation here, and furaffinity won't seem to let me see the initial upload date so I can't confirm anything...
