Supposedly, the author should have checked that.

Guess that only a people fluent in Latin could know the difference.

It's the lyrics to Lacrimosa (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bHPYOcgde98), and yes, the lyrics are word salad (see, for example, http://latindiscussion.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=9204)

I attempted to add a translation even though it doesn't make a whole lot of sense. I'm willing to bet that there is a lot of wordplay and subtlety behind this one, even if it is word salad. I'm not familiar with it enough to know for certain, however.
