That version looks like a hastily-done edit.

It looks like this was done second. If you look at the penis one, and then take a mental note of the outline of it is, and then look at this one, you can see there is a difference to the texture to where the penis was - which could only have been done if the penis was shopped out.

There should be no reason why there is a difference of texture if the penis was added on 2nd.

Of course, I do understand that this character was a flat-chested female, but thats not saying somebody specially paid to have her with a penis - and then the artist decided, why let this go to waste as a penis version, I'll make her natural female version after already completing the penis version.

Tsampikos has stated that he designed this character as male originally and made the character female in later illustrations. This has nothing to do with definitions of male and female or anything in between; it's about using your eyes. Look carefully at the details of the background between her legs any you can see the outline of where it has been patched in to cover the penis. I just wish whoever did this edit would come forward and end this.
