It seems the animator forgot to turn the feathers off, making it more accurate to Blue.
Aside from that nitpick, this is a well made animation and I say the animator definitely needs to do more of this.

The feathers were left on intentionally, otherwise I wouldn't have been asked to update the retexture of this model with blue feathers.

I wanted the feathers on, as I wanted to create a look similar to the picture that I saw here
