While I agree that It's probably not her father, more likely Soarin', although her parents have not been released does not mean that there is not already a shit ton of fanart of them. I know I'm tree years late for party but just in case - yes, "eto ya" is how you read Russian "это я" which means "this is me" / "it's me".

I can only assume you ask this question because you study Russian and I sincerely wish you good luck - that's a very tough language, especially if your native is English. The difference in complexity is just immense! I'm glad Russian's my native - studying it from ground zero to my natural level of fluency would've been a nightmare...
