I love all of the little details on this image. The "shirt" is a wrapping, and the chest spike is poking between the loops. Also, I like the design of the leg guards meant for digitigrade feet.

Given that it's based off Grand Master Satele Shan's robes, the wrappings are to be expected- though it's a good choice of robes considering it is Lucario. :3 The art is incredible, but then, most would agree on that. X3

Pretty sure both lightsabers are in plane with each other, and the purple one is just half as long as the blue one. The perspectives on those hands and hilts don't lie.

It's more than likely an off-hand saber for defense. Not a typical shoto, but deliberately shorter than the main-hand.
