What a beautiful creature! Dragons are awesome. Love the careful attention given to all the little details and color scheme. Love the bioluminescent little shrooms? So what is her personality like? I ask cause most creators give their creations a personality. I would just guess friendly and a bit flirty in this pic.:3 Anyhow a big job well done to whomever drew this lovely creature.

Anatomy is a bit off. Her far leg doesn't connect to her butt properly, and the tail doesn't seem to take up any space under her either. The boobs are weird too.
